Shipping & Delivery

We ship to all 50 U.S. states from our Fort Lauderdale, FL warehouse via FedEx, UPS and USPS.

  • Delivery: Orders are delivered in 3–4 business days after you order.
  • Free shipping: Standard shipping is free on orders over $599; a flat $29 applies below that.
  • Tracking: A tracking number is emailed the moment your order ships.
  • Alaska, Hawaii and remote areas may take slightly longer.

Payment Methods

All orders are paid securely online — we do not offer cash on delivery or installment financing. Accepted methods:

Warranty

Every drone includes a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Accessories are covered for 90 days.

Returns

  • 30-day returns on unused items in original packaging.
  • Report any damaged or incorrect items within 5 business days of delivery.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
